Comment Script Version 1.2.1 Released

The new version of our Comment Script contains a couple of new features and bugfixes.
- User can select language
- Improved installation routine (checks if folders are writable by the script)
- Improved include instructions
- UTF-8 support
- User name and e-mail are remembered and pre-entered in the comment form
- Translations for some modules
