GentleSource Form Mail allows you to put a contact form on your website. The input of that form will be sent per e-mail to your e-mail address. The script can log all the messages that are sent.

The layout of your forms, and e-mail, can be customized as you wish. You can also choose if the user will be redirected to a thank-you-page, or sees the information from the form displayed again

It also has multiple layers of security that reduce the possibility of unauthorized use.

If you want to use the script without the reference, you need to purchase a license. Nevertheless, we recommend that you download and test the script before you purchase a license.
