Once you have the script installed, you will see a few groups with links in it. Those links and groups have been created for demonstration purposes and you are -- of course -- free to delete them.
In the admin area you are able to create and edit groups and links. Once you have created a group you can assign a link to it. It is also possible to create a new group and a new link simultaneously.
For each group you can define a name, the background color of the group headline and the position within the group list.
There are similar settings for the links. You need to enter at least a URL. You can also define a name, a link color and the priority. But that is not a requirement.
By default the groups are displayed in three columns. That can be changed within the admin area. The program tries always to display the columns in equal length. Therefore you may find several groups with few links in one column and one group with many links in another row. And the more groups and links the better the algorithm works.
Link Manager needs Apache webserver, PHP4/5, a MySQL database on Windows, Unix or Linux operating system to function properly. You also need a software (WinZIP for example) to unpack the script files after downloading from our server. You should have a solid understanding of HTML and some experience with script installation.
A license of the script can be purchased for a one time fee. The fee includes free support and free bugfix updates. Feature updates require an update fee, though. The script licence costs $29 USD/19 EUR.
All of your personal and credit card information is processed through secure servers which use SSL encryption. It cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

The decision to use our installation service could save you a lot of time. You only need to send us the FTP and - if the script it requires - the MySQL access data and a link to your website. After that we are able to install the script on your server and customize the layout. Once the installation is finished you let us know how you want the script to be configured. The installation service includes a script license.
